As a Ranger, you will be part of a team where safety, structure, and efficiency are the focus. The role involves actively working to develop the line unit's working methods with the goal of reducing lead times, optimizing costs, and improving the work environment. You will play an important role in collaborating with various interfaces and contributing to a safe and smooth workflow.

• Performing shunting and loading of vehicles
• Participating in the handover between assembly and shunting
• Actively working with risk assessments and reporting deviations
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient processes
• Contributing to improvement work for work environment and cost efficiency

When you are not moving wagons, you will perform other tasks within the workplace, such as ensuring that consumables are available, inventorying equipment such as measuring tools, and other recurring tasks.

Great emphasis will be placed on personality, and we are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and responsible. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, have good social skills, and are a team player. The role requires you to be solution-oriented, able to prioritize and delegate tasks when necessary. You have a natural sense of order and safety and are accustomed to working with digital systems.

You have a strong interest in planning and an interest in vehicles. The job is physically demanding, and you need to be able to climb up and down vehicles daily.

• For this position, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as computer skills.
• B and C driver's licenses are required as vehicles need to be moved both within and outside the workshop.
